For Ms. Shama, ESOL is not just a school; it is a family. Since founding the center in 2008, she has operated on a single, unwavering philosophy: A child must feel loved before they can learn.
Known for her open-door policy and maternal warmth, Ms. Shama personally ensures that no student at ESOL ever feels invisible. She knows every name, every struggle, and every dream. It is this personal investment, pouring her heart into the lives of her students, that has transformed ESOL from a tuition center into the sanctuary of learning it is today.

With 34 years of experience, Ms. Indranee is a powerhouse of academic rigor and empathy. Holding a Law Degree (LL.B Hons, London) and certified in Mental Health First Aid (UK), she bridges the gap between scientific logic and emotional resilience. Specialized in Special Needs Education, she ensures every student, regardless of their learning style, is seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

With a Diploma in Business Management, she blends professional coordination with a welcoming spirit. From the first inquiry to daily student life, she is dedicated to seamless administration and ensuring every family’s journey at ESOL begins with excellence.
Noor Fadhilah Binti Shamsudin

With 13 years of experience, Fadhilah combines her passion for English Literature with a deep expertise in Educational Psychology. This dual approach allows her to look beyond grades and understand the emotional drivers of every student. She is dedicated to the “Education for All” philosophy, ensuring that even the quietest voices find their confidence and every learner, regardless of their starting point, is empowered to excel.
Faizul Nizam bin Zul-Halim

A veteran educator with 23 years of experience, Faizul holds a Master’s of Science in Biology. He is dedicated to the philosophy that “Knowledge is Power,” focusing on academic rigor and deep conceptual understanding.
