At ESOL, we are proud to integrate the globally recognized Leader in Me program into our educational approach. This program is built on the principles of Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, fostering leadership, accountability, and self-confidence in students. By empowering students to take ownership of their learning and personal growth, Leader in Me helps them develop essential life skills, such as goal setting, teamwork, and problem-solving. At ESOL, we believe that every child has the potential to be a leader, and through this program, we strive to prepare them not only for academic success but also for a meaningful and impactful future.

Testimonials

Hear it from our students and parents themselves.

At ESOL, my teachers gave me the personal attention I needed as classes are small, and their effective teaching methods and experience allowed me to excel in my subjects as well as in my IGCSEs. They are very dedicated in their teaching and they put so much of their time and effort into my learning. I got to experience and learn things that not only will help me in my academics, but also for my life ahead. I’m coming up on the next chapter in my life, which ESOL has readied me for.

Before coming to ESOL, I struggled with my grades and didn’t feel like the brightest student in my previous school. I decided to leave and found ESOL, where everything changed. The teachers and students were incredibly supportive, and even though I was around 19 years old when I joined, no one looked down on me or made me feel out of place. They helped me become a better person and taught me how to love myself alongside the younger students. For the first time, I could focus on my studies, and I ended up doing really well in my IGCSE. I’m deeply grateful to Ms. Shama and Ms. Indranee, who truly transformed me into a new person.

As a mother of a Year 6 student, I am deeply grateful for the dedication and support that ESOL provides. Since joining in 2019, my son has thrived in ESOL’s nurturing environment, surrounded by inspiring teachers and compassionate classmates. The teachers have gone above and beyond, tailoring lessons to his needs and supporting his journey as a vision-impaired, neurodivergent child. Their patience, encouragement, and understanding have helped him grow in confidence, discipline, and independence. Special thanks to Ms. Shama and her team for fostering a learning environment where every child matters and no one is left behind. ESOL is more than just a school—it’s a community where students are empowered to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.

With the little of confidence left in i step foot into ESOL, broken, defeated, and without a glimpse of hope. ESOL moulded me to be who i am today; from an average of 2.0 CGPA to graduating with a degree in Psychology with 3.75 to being offered a place to pursue Master’s in Human Resource Management in Melbourne with scholarship. If you told me then that this would have been my path i would have told you impossible. But i did, with the help of Ms Shama and her dedicated team of teachers, i made it to another level of excellence because they thought me how to love myself and nurtured me in holistic manner in both education and personal life.
